The residence creates a beautiful, private interior courtyard entry. The corridors that surround the courtyard can be opened to allow the space to flow seamlessly from inside to outside. The use of interior brick, slate and wood creates a sense of connection with the exterior. The large open family room and gracious rear porch flow together to make an intimate space that is perfect for family gatherings. The home is compact and efficient, but allows privacy and flow that gives the sense of a much larger estate.
